Antique Dealers: the British Antique Trade in the 20th Century

S. Trier & Co were predominantly manufactures of 'Reproduction Antique Furniture'; they appear to have been well established in London by the 1890s. By at least the 1910s the business was also retailing antique furniture, almost certainly alongside the manufacture of reproduction antique furniture, a common practice amongst some furniture manufacturers in the period.
