Jane (Toller) established an antique shop in St. Christopher's Place, London in the early 1930s. She married Charles Toller in 1937, opening a shop with her husband in St. Christopher's Place the same year. Jane Toller wrote an autobiography of her life in the antiques trade, 'Living with Antiques' (Ward Lock, London, 1968).
